Contacting Us After Office Hours
Call 214-618-5437 and follow the prompts for "on call physician".

If you are experiencing a medical emergency dial 911. Dr. Rembecki or Dr. Walter is available after business hours or on the weekends for patients who have urgent medical needs.

For non pulmonary/immunology related issues, patients should contact their primary medical physician.

Prescription refills are not considered an emergency and will be handled during normal business hours. See Medication Prescription Refill Policy for related questions

No-Show Visit Policy:
It is the patient's responsibility to know when the next appointment is scheduled. KidLungs makes every effort to help you with this.

• You are given a card with the date and time noted for your convenience.
• As an extra courtesy, we attempt to call prior to your appointment to confirm.
  

If the patient is a no-show at a visit or if the visit is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the following will occur.

• The patient will be billed $75.00.
• This amount will be turned over the collections if not paid.
